Our approach

Daniel Benson guarantees that every candidate you meet through us has been through a structured interview covering Career to date, technical proficiency, personality, motivations and assessment of cultural fit.

When our candidates are interviewed by you they will be well briefed both about the position and the company’s culture and ethos.

Were possible we check our candidates work references providing a minimum of two positions.

We check their accountancy qualifications and hold copies of their certificates on file.

We check all our candidates’ eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and hold copies of their passports and relevant visa’s.

The CV’s we send are the candidates own CV’s rather than a formulaic
agency layout which tells you little about the candidate’s organisational, written and presentational skills.
