Gary started his career in engineering in Manchester before attending Central London Polytechnic were he obtained a BA(hons) industrial relations and labour law degree. In 1989 he joined a London based IT recruitment agency before working for two large international finance recruitment companies for a total of 14 years.

Over the past eight years Gary has successfully set up a number of temporary and permanent finance recruitment divisions operating within the Industry & Commerce, banking and public & not for profit marketplaces. He has successfully recruited qualified finance staff up to finance director level for a large number of well known companies and organisations using both database search and retained advertising methodologies. Outside of work Gary is married, with three children who take up a lot of his time although this does not stop him following two life long passions: Liverpool Football club and long distance running. Gary has completed over fifty half marathons and 15 marathons with a best time of 2 hours 42 minutes.

His long term aim for the business is to continue providing clients and candidates with a personal and down to earth service geared towards matching the right people to the right businesses.
